Why this one
Yarrow (Achillea millefolium) is everywhere in the Sangre de Cristos. It hardens the bar and makes it last. The tallow is from a ranch outside Pecos that grass-finishes their beef. There's a long folk-medicine tradition around yarrow, but this soap doesn't make claims. It just lasts and smells like the trail.
